1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We do not provide any replacement or exchanges
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Rugs that have been used, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance offers.

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged items, Bilqees Rugs Collection will arrange free return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
