- We do not provide any replacement or exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Rugs that have been used, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased on final sale or clearance offers.
